Our Team

The award winning Cosmedic Skin Clinic is owned by Dr Martyn King and Sharon King. The team also includes our receptionist, Tina Jobburns, advanced therapist, Nikki Eales, and our 3D-lipolite consultant, Dr Andrea Balint. Our ethos is to provide a friendly, relaxed and professional environment for all of our clients and to treat people ethically and honestly and how we would expect to be treated ourselves.

From our luxurious and upmarket clinic, we offer free, no-commitment consultations for all of our treatments and you will find all of the team extremely knowledgeable and highly trained in all of our procedures and skin care products. Martyn King Aesthetic Doctor

Dr Martyn King is a GMC registered doctor, owner and Director of Cosmedic Skin Clinic, Director of Salon Direct, a Member of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine, Board member of the British Association of Sclerotherapists, Chair of the Aesthetic Complications Expert Group, Chair of the Clinical Board of Save Face, Medical Director of Cosmedic Pharmacy, Medical Director of 3D-lipolite, Clinical Director for Dr Leah Clinics and on the editorial panel for Aesthetic Medicine. Dr Martyn King is also a regular conference speaker at BCAM, BACN, BAS, FACE, CCR, Aesthetic Medicine and Aesthetic Conference and Exhibition and publishes in several well-known journals, magazines and television.

Sharon King Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

Sharon King is an NMC registered nurse, an independent prescriber, board member of the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses, member of the Aesthetic Complications Expert Group, Nursing Director of Cosmedic Pharmacy, Medical Director of 3D-lipolite, Editorial Advisory Panel for Aesthetic Magazine, Clinical Trainer and Consultant for Sinclair Pharma, Field Clinical Specialist in dermal fillers and regularly trains on behalf of many leading aesthetic companies.

Tina Jobburns Receptionist

Tina Jobburns is our receptionist and she has many years’ experience in the aesthetic industry. She is very knowledgeable about the treatments we offer and the skin care products we stock having received the same level of training as the rest of the team. Being front of house, Tina prides herself on her outstanding customer service and her professionalism and nothing is ever too much trouble. She ensures all of our clients are well looked after, made comfortable and is a vital member of the team. It is no wonder she was Finalist for the National Aesthetic Awards for Receptionist of the Year.

Nicola Eales Aesthetic therapist

Nicola Eales is a highly experienced aesthetic therapist who first joined Cosmedic in July 2008, she is competent in a wide range of cosmetic and beauty treatments and is extremely professional which is why she is so popular with all of our clients. Her specialities include laser and IPL, body contouring and skin rejuvenation as well as many other high-end cosmetic treatments. She is also an expert at skin analysis using our ultraviolet light box, so why not book a free appointment to see what your skin looks like under the surface?

At Cosmedic Skin Clinic, our therapists work under the direct supervision of our medical practitioners allowing them to perform treatments that would not be possible in beauty salons or medispas.

Dr Andrea Balint Aesthetic Doctor & 3D-lipolite Consultant

Dr Andrea Balint is a fully registered GMC doctor who obtained her medical degree in Hungary in 1992. She is the 3D-lipolite consultant and specialises in medical weight loss and body contouring. Andrea has written and published a book about life coaching, healthy living and wellbeing as well as being an established expert in diet and nutrition. She has gained experience and skills studying in Hungary, Los Angeles and the UK, where she has studied many different aspect of weight management. Andrea is also a well-known expert in the field of complementary medicine, magnetic biological resonance therapy and Kinesiology. She is extremely popular with our 3D-lipolite patients and has helped them reach their full potential with huge amounts of weight loss and significant improvements in body shape.
